Indie rock festival Lollapalooza is set to return to Chicago, Illinois, and rumours are ripe the SMASHING PUMPKINS will reunite to headline the event.
The band has previously commented that it was considering getting back together, leading excited Chicago media outlets to suggest BILLY CORGAN’s group will wow hometown crowds.
The official line-up for the event won’t be announced for several weeks, but concert dates are tentatively set for 4-6 August (06) at Hutchinson Field in Chicago’s Grant Park.
